Well the long awaited day had come. We didn't really know when/if this day would actually happen, but here we were at Church in masks celebrating our boy's First Communion. It certainly looked a little different, and honestly...tasted a little different (they didn't get to drink the wine because of the virus), but the sentiment and the special day was perfect for our B. From church we quickly ditched his "fancy clothes" and headed over to Grandma's pool to celebrate. Tacos and Nachos all around, with a little swimming on the side. Nothing says First Communion like a Mexican Fiesta, am I right?
