Turns out we were SUPER lucky and got our Spring Break trip in right before the pandemic struck (more on that later). This year we headed to Granby Ranch in Colorado to do a little skiing with some friends of ours. We had such a great time and the kids all did amazing (parents weren't bad either). Granby is a smaller ski town that I would say attracts more "locals", but we were with some Colorado locals so we made ourselves right at home. It's the perfect spot for families with kids because there's only one base! Meaning if anyone gets lost...they will eventually end up at the base with everyone else. This equals less anxiety on my part at least! By the end of the week all of the kids (okay except Everly) were skiing the blacks and even Everly found herself on the blues! Don't worry Grandma, Dad was holding her up the whole time! She is definitely our youngest skier though and we were super excited to get her out there (even if it was only for a few runs). Turns out leaning over and holding a toddler while skiing isn't exactly gentle on the back. We also took a day to go on a little date with Everly and we took her tubing with a few of the other kids. We had so much fun we actually went back another evening with all of the kids. It's quite the tubing hill and you get going, especially when it was a little icy. I've lumped all of our pictures together below because let's be honest it was a while ago and I don't really remember the timeframe of everything and....all the pictures basically look the same: ski clothes, tubes, skis...repeat. Amazing trip and I sure hope we do it again soon!
