Baby Ava

Meet Baby Ava.  She is so so cute, but so so not sleepy. I swear I make kids want to party, I'm just that exciting I guess.  The good thing is I can almost always guarantee the parents that when I leave the babies will sleep better than they ever have.  I think the sleep deprived parents are usually game for the extra sleep, so we will let this little party animal slide...this time.  Ava is only a couple of weeks old but already has this Mom and Dad (and Aunts and Uncles and Grandpas and Grandmas and Cousins) wrapped around her little finger.  She has the most adorable room and a closet FULL of clothes to make her the next fashionista.  Lucky little girl, blessed little family.

He Graduated...Again!

Yep, that's right we celebrated another graduation around here recently.  Kindergarten Graduation.  At the rate Nolan is going he will probably have about 5 or 6 graduation ceremonies in his life.  But hey, I'm always up for a reason to party so why not?  They did a cute little ceremony with some singing, some dancing and then they told a couple of fun facts about each kid.  Nolan shared that his favorite sport is Baseball and his favorite food is Macaroni.  He's my All American Boy that's for sure.  He had a great school year this year and we could not be prouder of his progress.  Here's hoping every school year goes as smoothly as his first.

Welcome Baby Louie

Oh this family.  I just think they are awesome.  Katie is THE MOST LAID BACK girl I have ever met in my life, hands down.  And Nick, well Nick is Nick.  He has the biggest personality known to mankind (evident in a few of the pictures below).  They have been blessed with two amazing little boys, that are just as cute as can be.  When I met up with them for pictures I told them I can laugh at them because I am living their future right now and I know what they are in for. BAHAHAHAH.  It's all fun and games until Baby Louie is big enough to steal toys then it's going to be straight WWE style up in their house.  Oh the things to look forward to, the fighting (and the farting).  For now, embrace the swaddled baby that just sits there and looks cute and the big brother who strolls by every so often to check in on the new little human!

The (LATE) Easter Party

It only seemed fitting that this Easter post be late, since our actual celebration was late as well.  My big wig friends scheduled their training class on our traditional Easter Party Day.  The nerve!  Good thing I'm not bitter?  We went a little more low key this year with our celebration.  Maybe we are getting lazy or maybe we are realizing that all the kids want to do is run around like banshees and don't really care if their lunch is contained in Easter Eggs or not.  Either way we had a great time and the kids got yet another basket full of sugar (which is still present in our pantry as I type this post).  The kids played their little hearts out, the Moms sat around and gossiped discussed world events and everyone left happy.  Happy Happy Easter it was, even if Spencer (white shirt/head down...second year in a row) looks miserable...
